Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Our usual delivery date is in between 10 to 12 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information 

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
